If you know the exact title of the material, type it in the Title field.

If you do not know the exact title, type words contained in the title in the Keywords field. 

If you are searching for all the titles by an author, leave the Title and Keywords fields blank.

If you know the author of the material, type it in the Author field.

You can leave the Author field blank if you have entered the exact title.
